Grace has over a decade of experience in derivatives and structured products. At Riverside, she advises project sponsors and developers, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and other institutions on the hedging of interest rate, currency and other market risks. In addition, she has worked on litigation and other dispute-related matters pertaining to derivative products. Grace began her career in structured credit at Lehman Brothers, following which she consulted for Morgan Stanley on the operations and sale of its subsidiary Cournot Financial Products LLC, a credit derivative product company, before joining Riverside in 2010.
Grace holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration (with University Honors) from Carnegie Mellon University. She serves on the founding board of Central Queens Academy, a middle school charter school, as well as the board of Friends of Bronx Charter School for Excellence, a K-8 charter school.
